Please take note that Claylay.lfm will not be responsible for any unexpected delays once your orders has been shipped which includes clearance days or have been marked as 'delivered' by the courier service but have not received your parcel or if you have yet to receive a delivery attempt notification from your local courier service. In addition, Claylay.lfm will not be held responsible if in an unlikely event that your parcel has gone missing or lost in the mail. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers of Claylay.lfm and is strictly non-refundable.
